Vata Yana Asana (TriDosha Balancing) and Chakra Asana (Wheel)
Vata Yana Asana was my favorite asana when I starting practicing. it always felt really good for my back and I could really relax, I can hear my teacher saying "culture bliss". Now with time and practice I am stronger and if I feel tired or sad and just have a few minutes Chakra Asana will often pick me up. It's just so nice to learn to enjoy your body, to notice what feels good and to know that the injuries you pick up along the path of life don't always need to limit you.
